Ukrferry is the holding company established by group of shipping profissionals in 1995 and having its core business in regular ferry services within the Black Sea. The company is registered in Odessa, Ukraine.
The network of regular rail/ro-ro ferry services created by the company maintains connections from North to South and from East to West along the following most important Black Sea directions:
Port of Ilyichevsk (Ukraine) - Port of Varna (Bulgaria)
Port of Ilyichevsk (Ukraine) - Port of Poti/Batumi (Georgia)
Port of Ilyichevsk (Ukraine) - Port of Derince (Turkey)

The vessels of the company can take railcars, trucks, cars, semitrailers, containers, heavy machinery, palletized, project and heavyweights and oversize cargoes for carriage. Passengers with luggage, private cars, motorbikes and bicycles are also carried.
The fleet of Ukrferry is supervised by internationally recognized international classification societies being members of International Association of Classification Societies (IACS), such as Russian maritime Register of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau VERITAS and complies with strict requirements of safety set up by the classification societies, flag state and corresponding international maritime conventions.

Besides ferry shipping Ukrferry is also engaged in providing freight forwarding services for inbound, out bound and transit cargoes coming through the ports of Ukraine, Georgia, Bulgaria, Turkey, rail and truck freight forwarding, container and intermodal shipping, agency services, ship management services. Other activities embrace:
- Ukrferry Tour - one of the leaders in Ukraine in selling sea and river cruises for many international cruise lines and providing incoming travel services for foreign tourists including hotel reservation and excursion program in Odessa and Ukraine;
- Ukrferry - Shipmanagement - providing qualified ukrainian officers for first class shipowners and managers in Germany.
Ukrferry is actively participating in the European Union programs of international transport cooperation, such as TRACECA and “Marine highways of Black Sea and Caspian Sea”.
Ukrferry's customers are hundreds of large, medium-sized and small companies in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Belorussia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, countries of European union, Turkey and other countries.
