CrewManager is a software tool designed to organize and maintain a database of shipboard personnel, and perform process control, selection and movement of crews for vessels of any type. CrewManager is an integrated solution based on Adaptive Server Anywhere for Windows. The system can operate locally or in client-server mode, and provides scalability, speed and high reliability.

Key features of CrewManager

CrewManager provides the following functionality:

• Crew databases; data storage for up to hundreds of thousands of shipboard personnel; multiple virtual file cabinets;
• Personal cards for all employees with detailed information including photos, education, relatives, available documents, record and references (the level of detail is determined by the user);
• User-friendly and efficient database search based on a combination of criteria (the average search time is 3 seconds);
• Document checks: availability, legitimacy and validity, with an option to create and store electronic copies of documents;
• User-maintained databases for ranks, ships (including renaming history), shipowners, and documents;
• Multi-language interface and data storage ​​(English, Russian, and Ukrainian are currently supported);
• Data protection and operation logging;
• Multi-user access with varying access rights.

In addition, CrewManager allows you to:

• create Application Forms to meet the requirements of each individual shipowner,
• assemble crews according to shipowners’ requests, prepare supporting documents for crew dispatch, maintain personnel track records and replacement schedules,
• send documentation quickly and easily by e- mail and fax using a protected format.
