The validity of the allowance is until the cancellation notice.
* transportation of dangerous goods of the 1st hazard class according to the IMO classification - an increasing factor of 3.0 to the basic freight rate.
* in addition to the above sea freight rates, terminal charges (THC) in the ports of Chornomorsk / Poti, as well as "bunker allowance" (BAF) and "winter allowance" (WSC) are charged for all transportation, the amount and duration of which are announced by separate notifications to ship owners.
* for a separate nomenclature of bulk cargo, planned for transportation in significant quantities, one-time presented for the carriage of ship consignments, as well as taking into account the market conditions and directions of transportation, it is possible to establish special rates (cargo, specially named) on contractual terms.
* freight rates for the carriage of goods that are not provided for in the Tariff are agreed between the charterer and the shipowner upon a separate request. If the carriage was carried out without prior agreement of the freight rate, then the freight is charged in the amount charged by the shipping company.
* the calculation of freight and the accrual of surcharges (BAF, WSC) for the carriage of goods in wagons is made by the date of departure from the station according to the stamp of the departure station.
*From 01.05.2021 the following changes are made to the current tariffs:
On the directions Poti - Chornomorsk, Chornomorsk - Poti, a surcharge is introduced to the freight for groupage shipments (sending from one sender to the address of several recipients or from several senders to the address of one or more recipients) in the following amounts:
1. For transportation of groupage shipments in wagons - 200 USD / wagon.
