а) Rates for ro-ro units, containers include terminal handling charges in loading and discharging ports. Rates for wagons not include handling charges in Varna. Storage at ports terminals over 1 day, customs formalities and forwarding services not included.
b) Rates are applied for trucks, trailers and ro-ro units up to 44 ton, up to 2.6 m width and up to 4.5 m height. For railway wagons up to 86 ton gross.
c) Truck over 17,0 m length + 100 EURO each additional meter length.
d) Truck / trailers/containers with excise goods (cigarettes, alcohol) + 300 EURO to the tariff. (Does not apply to alcohol level content up to 14 %).
e) Price for connection reefer trucks/trailers/containers to vessels electrical system is 100 EURO. This amount paid one time per hole voyage.
f) A ticket for one driver of the Truck is included in the tariff. Ticket for second driver 200 EURO.
g) Transport of dangerous, oversized, overweight, military goods, caterpillar machinery, live animals and other units not included in tariff– are subject of special agreement with Carrier.
h)For the Round trip transportation the discount on the cost of tickets in both directions applied.
- Truck with driver and reefer truck with temperature controlled goods with driver not connected to vessel`s electric system.(14,01 - 17,0 m length, up to 44 tn) – 15% DISCOUNT;
- SEMI-TRAILER (up to 14 m length) LOADED/LOADED – 10% DISCOUNT;
- SEMI-TRAILER (up to 14 m length) LOADED/EMPTY – 25% DISCOUNT.
The validity period the round trip ticket is 2 months as from the date of departure from first loading port until the date of departure the return voyage.
i) Trucks and cargo carried must be provided with all necessary documents to enable customs formalities.
j) The carriage is effected on terms and subject to exclusions and limitations of liability provided for by the Hague-Visby Rules.
k) Shipments of products of animal origin (meat, dairy, fish, eggs, etc.) and other foodstuffs subject to BFSA (Bulgarian Food Safety Agency) control (e.g. nuts, cereals, processed foods) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on official controls along the agri-food chain, which covers food of both animal and non-animal origin requiring veterinary or sanitary supervision those proceeding under EU export or transit customs regimes +100 EURO to the tariff.
L) 20% discount for trucks with driver transporting the export cargoes from Ukraine is applied to the basic ticket price(excluding surcharges) in the direction Varna- Batumi.
