Notes:

1. Conditions applicable to fares:

1.1. Children fares:

Up to 1 year – 90% off fare without a separate berth provided (sharing with a parent);
Remark: Children aged 5 and older must be provided with a separate berth;

1.2. Ticket price includes full board (3 meals per day) served in vessel’s restaurant;

1.3. Price includes boarding and disembarkation charges in the ports of departure and arrival;

1.4. Double and triple occupancy in “Suite” type cabins is only allowed in case passengers are a family or subject to a consent by all passengers buying tickets to either of cabins at the same time.

1.5. Double occupancy in "Junior Suite" type cabins is only allowed in case passengers are a family or subject to a consent by all passengers buying tickets to either of cabins at the same time.

1.6. Categories "H", "I", "J" are sold only by agreement with the shipowner.

2. Conditions for changing date of departure:

• Change date of departure no later than 14 days before the planned departure of the vessel from the port of embarkation is free of charge;
• Change a ticket no later than 7 days before the planned departure of the vessel, 12.5% ​​of the cost of the ticket is paid at the date of the request;
• Change a ticket no later than 3 days before the scheduled departure of the vessel, 25% of the cost of the ticket is paid on the date of the request;
• Change a ticket in period from 3 days till beginning of check-in time of the voyage, 50% of the cost of the ticket is paid on the date of the request;

At the decision of the carrier, it is possible to change the date of departure, regardless of the time of its change, if this changes is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the passenger and confirmed by relevant documents.

3. Conditions for changing passenger in the ticket:

• Change passenger in the order(ticket) no later than 14 days before planned date of departure of the vessel from the port of embarkation – 12,5% of the cost of the ticket is paid at the date of the request;
• Change passenger in the order(ticket) no later than 7 days before planned date of departure of the vessel from the port of embarkation – 25% of the cost of the ticket is paid at the date of the request;
• Change passenger in the order(ticket) no later than 3 days before planned date of departure of the vessel from the port of embarkation – 50% of the cost of the ticket is paid at the date of the request;
• To change a passenger in the order(ticket) in period from 3 days till end of check-in time for current voyage – 75% of the cost of the ticket is paid at the date of the request;

4. Refund:

100% of the ticket price:

• if the ticket is returned no later than 14 days before the ship's departure from the port;
• if the passenger should cancel the travel due to illness upon presentation of a confirming document from a doctor;
• if travel is impossible for reasons that depend on the carrier;

75% of the ticket price:

• if the ticket is returned no later than 7 days before the ship's departure from the port;

50% of the ticket price:

• if the ticket is returned no later than 3 days before the ship's departure from the port;

No refund is allowed less than 3 days before departure.

At the decision of the carrier, it is possible to return 100% of the ticket price, regardless of the time of its return, if the return is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the passenger and confirmed by relevant documents.

5. Baggage and hand lugagge:

Passenger occupying a separate berth is entitled to carry 100 kgs or 0.50 cubic meter of cabin's baggage (hand luggage) free of charge. Carriage of excess baggage (hand luggage) should to be paid according to tariffs - 50 EUR/cubic meter

6. Carriage of a pet:

Transportation of passengers with pets is allowed only in cabins specially designed for this purpose - at m/v «Vilnius» №№. 449, 410, 412. Transportation of pets owners is paid in accordance with Passenger Tariffs, at the same time if passenger traveled alone, he should to redeem all cabin by tariff "single accomodation". Alternatively, a passenger can purchase a ticket to any other cabin, but in this case the pet must be transported in the cage, provided by the passenger, outside the cabin on the cargo deck of the vessel in a safe place specified by the ship’s administration.

Tariff for the transportation of pets that are shared with a passenger: 100 EUR, for a unit of transportation at the tariff of domestic animal is considered:

- for birds and rodents: up to 3 pieces in a cage, in condition that the cage is up to 0.5 cubic meters;

- for cats, dogs, etc. for each pet separately;

Passengers traveling with pets should to make a security deposit of 100 EUR when boarding the ship, as ensuring the safety of ship property. This security deposit is returned to the passenger upon disembarkation from the vessel at the port of destination if there was no damage to the ship property and violations of the rules for transporting pets on board the vessel when transporting a pet;

Terms of refund: In case of refusal of the Passenger from transportation, the return of the cost of carriage of domestic animals is carried out in accordance with paragraph 19 of the Terms of the agreement for the carriage of Passengers and luggage.
