In accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Tourism”, starting from January 01, 2026, all tourists entering Georgia are required to hold a valid health and accident insurance policy. Any tourist entering the territory of Georgia must present a valid health and accident insurance policy in either physical or electronic form and must be available in Georgian or English.
The insurance policy may be issued by either a Georgian or a foreign insurance company, and the insurance coverage amount must be no less than 30 000 GEL.
1. Conditions applicable to fares:
1.1. Children fares:
Up to 12 years – 50% fare with a separate berth provided;
1.2. Ticket price includes full board (3 meals per day) served in vessel’s restaurant;
1.3. Price includes boarding and disembarkation charges in the ports of departure and arrival;
1.4. Double occupancy in "Junior Suite" type cabins is only allowed in case passengers are a family or subject to a consent by all passengers buying tickets to either of cabins at the same time.
1.5. Passengers who redeem whole cabin will have 50% discount for personal vehicle transportation (car/minibus/camper)
.2. Conditions for changing date of departure:
At the decision of the carrier, it is possible to change the date of departure, regardless of the time of its change, if this changes is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the passenger and confirmed by relevant documents.

100% of the ticket price:
- if the ticket is returned no later than 7 days before the ship's departure from the port of embarkation;
- if travel is impossible due to reasons beyond the carrier's control;
50% of the ticket price:
-if the ticket is returned no later than 3 days before the ship's departure from the port of embarkation;
25% of the ticket price:
-if the ticket is returned no later than 1 day before the ship's departure from the port of embarkation;
-if the ticket is returned less than 1 day before the ship's departure from the port of embarkation, the ticket price is non-refundable.
At the discretion of the carrier, a 100% refund of the ticket price is possible, regardless of the time of its return, if the refund is caused by circumstances beyond the passenger's control and confirmed by relevant documents (including if the passenger is forced to cancel travel due to illness with the presentation of a supporting document from a doctor).
5. Baggage and hand lugagge:
Passenger occupying a separate berth is entitled to carry 100 kgs or 0.50 cubic meter of cabin's baggage (hand luggage) free of charge. Carriage of excess baggage (hand luggage) should to be paid according to tariffs - 50 EUR/cubic meter

1. Passengers with pets are permitted to travel only in cabins designated for this purpose: Nos. 8107 and 8111. Alternatively, passengers may purchase a ticket for any other cabin, but the pet must be transported in a cage provided by the passenger, outside the cabin on the cargo deck of the vessel, in a safe location designated by the ship's administration.
2. Travel for pet owners is charged according to the Passenger Transportation Tariffs. Passengers carrying pets are required to purchase a single-occupancy ticket in their cabin.
3. If a passenger refuses transportation, the cost of transportation for their pet will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the passenger ticket refund.
