а) Rates for ro-ro units, containers include terminal handling charges in loading and discharging ports. Rates for wagons not include handling charges in Varna (paid together with the railway tariff for Bulgaria). Storage at ports terminals over 1 day, customs formalities and forwarding services not included.
b) Rates are applied for trucks, trailers and ro-ro units up to 44 ton, up to 2.6 m width and up to 4.5 m height. For railway wagons up to 86 ton gross.
c) Truck over 17,0 m length + 100 EURO each additional meter length.
d) Truck / trailers/containers with excise goods (cigarettes, alcohol) + 300 EURO to the tariff. (Does not apply to alcohol level content up to 14 %).
e) Price for connection reefer trucks/trailers/containers to vessels electrical system is 100 EURO. This amount paid one time per hole voyage.
f) A ticket for one driver of the Truck is included in the tariff. Ticket for second driver 200 EURO.
g) Transport of dangerous, oversized, overweight, military goods, caterpillar machinery, live animals and other units not included in tariff– are subject of special agreement with Carrier.
H) For the Round-trip transportation, the discount on the cost of tickets in both directions applied. - Truck with driver and reefer truck with temperature-controlled goods with driver not connected to vessel`s electric system (14,01 - 17,0 m length, up to 44 tn) and Car carrier with driver (17,01 - 22,0 m length) – 15% DISCOUNT;
- SEMI-TRAILER (up to 14 m length) LOADED/EMPTY – 30% DISCOUNT;
- SEMI-TRAILER (up to 14 m length) LOADED/LOADED – surcharge of 300 EURO to the round-trip tariff loaded/empty;
- CONTAINER 20’, CONTAINER 40’ – 10% DISCOUNT;
The validity period the round-trip ticket is 2 months as from the date of departure from first loading port until the date of departure the return voyage
i) Trucks and cargo carried must be provided with all necessary documents to enable customs formalities.
j) The carriage is effected on terms and subject to exclusions and limitations of liability provided for by the Hague-Visby Rules.
k) Shipments of products of animal origin (meat, dairy, fish, eggs, etc.) and other foodstuffs subject to BFSA (Bulgarian Food Safety Agency) control (e.g. nuts, cereals, processed foods) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on official controls along the agri-food chain, which covers food of both animal and non-animal origin requiring veterinary or sanitary supervision those proceeding under EU export or transit customs regimes +100 EURO to the tariff.
L) 20% discount for trucks with driver transporting the export cargoes from Ukraine is applied to the basic ticket price(excluding surcharges) in the direction Varna- Batumi.
M) BAF 150 EURO per unit for the transport of Ro-Ro units, semi-trailers, and TIR trucks—regardless of size, weight, or type—on the Varna–Batumi route;
BAF of 50 EURO per unit for the transport of Ro-Ro units, semi-trailers, and TIR trucks—regardless of size, weight, or type—on the Batumi–Varna route;
BAF of 200 EURO for the round-trip transport of semi-trailers and TIR trucks;
the BAF surcharge will not be applied to round-trip tickets under the tariff categories Truck with Driver and Car Carrier with Driver during the period from 2 July to 31 August 2026
N) For the Batumi – Varna, Varna - Batumi direction, a discount of EUR 200 from the tariff is granted for truck with driver and reefer truck with temperature-controlled goods with driver not connected to the vessel’s electrical system (14.01–17.0 m length, up to 44 tons) and car carrier with driver (17.01–22.0 m length) if the truck or car carrier is transported without a driver. The discount is applies only in case of transportation of a truck on the m/v “Napoli”.
O) If there is cargo in the vehicle(meaning cars, jeeps, minivans, minibuses, and vans) , documented by a cargo manifest or bill of lading, an additional charge of 150 EURO will be added to the tariff.
P) Trucks and trailers carrying batteries as cargo are subject to an additional surcharge of EUR 50 per unit.
Q) For wagon transport services, the following supplementary conditions apply in addition to the standard tariff: - one way trip discount 500 EUR/per railway wagon; - Loaded/loaded wagon additional payment 1000 EUR/per railway wagon.
